We had a fantastic stay in this centrally located apartment. It was quiet and peaceful, yet just a stone's throw away from bars and restaurants. The hosts, An and Steve, were incredibly kind and accommodating, even providing phone chargers for forgetful guests like us. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed and had a comfortable bed with lovely bedding.
The parking situation was a bit chaotic, with unclear signage and the risk of getting towed.

The decoration at The Carmelite was absolutely charming, with beautiful antique furniture and cozy seating areas. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be very accessible, with well-lit hallways and handrails in the staircase. It made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my stay.
It would have been even better if there were more options for senior-friendly activities or excursions nearby. I would have loved to participate in organized tours or have recommendations specifically tailored for older guests.

The value for our money was excellent and the room was cozy and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town but surprisingly quiet. The hosts, An and Steve, were kind and accommodating, and we loved the personal touches in the apartment.
The food for breakfast could have been improved with a more varied selection.

Free WiFi was a delight, felt like I was living in the Stone Age without it. The nearby hiking opportunities really got my blood pumping. The garden and city views made me feel like a modern-day Lady of the Manor.
Oh, the joy of sleeping on a bed that made me feel like I was in a sauna! Truly, a unique experience that I shall treasure forever.

Garden and city views: The view from our apartment was simply breathtaking. We felt like we were in a fairytale, with the beautifully manicured garden and the charming cityscape stretching out before us. It was like living in our own little storybook.
Low ceiling in bedroom.
